Friday December 2,
SET UP WILL START AT 2:30 ON FRIDAY!
dress rehearsal at Salem Auditorium

Dancers arrive at 5:30 Mice arrive at 6:30
The Symphony will begin rehearsal at 7:30.
Mice may go home after they are finished with their rehearsal.
BACK STAGE HELPERS ONE HOUR BEFORE PERFORMANCES .
THIS IS A CLOSED REHEARSAL NO PHOTOS, NO VIDEOS, NO SPECTATORS IN THE AUDITORIUM (requested by the symphony)
Note to Parents:
Please bring bake goods when you bring your child to rehearsal or performance. If you are helping with make up or dressing rooms check in with Miss Dawn or Miss June when you arrive. If your are helping back stage check in with Mr. Beck

***All Dancers: BRING dance practice clothes. A COVER UP, bobby pins, safety pin, clean pink tights and proper shoes, If you wish to bring your own make up it must be red lipstick, bright blush, brown eye shadow, matching eyebrow pencil and mascara to your coloring, hair must be slicked back and up in a bun!!
****NO EATING IN COSTUMES!!!

dancers should arrive at 4:30 mice at 5:30

SUNDAY, December 4, at 2:00
dancers should arrive at 12:00 mice at 1:00
All dancers are welcome to participate in the Sugar Plum Parade on stage after each performance.

WE NEED MOMS TO HELP WITH COSTUMES they will need to be packed to go to Grosse Ile AFTER THE SUNDAY PERFORMANCE.

Directions to Grosse Ile High School:
take Meridian north to Grays Drive (Grays Drive is one block north of Macomb) turn right on Grays Drive the High School will be on your left.

If you are helping with Stage set up come Friday 2:30
